Real server. It's not particularily difficult to do. He pulled Hydross with his Imp so he was out of range of the adds and couldn't get aggro from them then took advantage of the fact that Hydross has no leashing (he can be pulled all the way to the elevator) to kite him away then took advantage of Hydross' buggy movement to kite him up and down.

Basically used a bridge->water->ramp cycle to kite hydross (has some weird pathing problems with that area). It must have taken hours to do it as his gear turns red by the end of the video.

If you look at the end of the vid, it shows the DBM message: "<Deadly Boss Mods> Hydross the Unstable down after 160 minutes." or something to that effect.
