Zomg Amazing Lock Vid

I'm not sure if this fits in the right category but, there are a set of lock vids by <Cer> and they are amazing!!! He is a BE lock who uses Destruction to the full potential in PVP, you can often see him take down 3 concentrated targets at a time! Its great. These videos inspired me to follow up with my destruction pvp plan I have. It takes a while to download but it is very worth it!!! look up Cer at warcraftmovies.com!!!

Re: Zomg Amazing Lock Vid

I haven't DL'd the rest but in #4 he's not Destro at all, he's 5/41/15....yes, he's got some good micromanagement but he's not outstanding simply because that build doesn't really lend itself to a great variety of playstyles and it is quite dull to watch compared to 7/7/47 or whatever.

I'll comment some more when I see the others....

Edit:

DL'd the prelude to 4 and it was a lot more entertaining. I hate to use the comparison but for those people who want an accurate idea of his playstyle it is essentially a more highly polished Drakedog. Lots of grenades and Shadowfury coupled with well co-ordinated CC and burst and some nice awareness of his surroundings and an excellent choice of music.

I also watched prelude to 4. Overall, it was a good video.

1) BG section. Good mobile fighting style. Nice situation awareness. But multiple enemies are mostly weakly geared. Don't expect to pull the same thing off against geared enemies. The fight with the Ice Mage was very nicely done.

2) Arena section. This really goes to show the strength and weakness of destro. You NEED a good CC partner to pull off victories. In fight 1,2, blinds were crucial in landing that killing blow. In fight 3, a full length fear also did the trick.

Also, I don't think enemy druids played that well. More aggressive cycloning could've shut down the rogue more, meaning Cer himself would be under a lot more pressure.
