Avatar?

Hey peeps
i have seen so many really cool warlock avatars, im a orc warlock in t5/merciless id love a pro one so if anyone feels like they want to make me one feel free to offer ^^

but as this most probaly wont happen a few questions as ill attempt my own
- what program to use?
- how to get in game chars and remove background?
and anyother tips you can think of

would be greatly apprecitated

Not to burst your bubble, but you need to donate to the Den in order to unlock an avatar :\
