The avatar is only available to people with a paid subscription for an ad free site I believe, check your control panel (the "User CP" link at the top of the forums window) and click on the paid subscriptions link on the left menu).

yes if you use another upload source, flickr.com or photobucket.com upload them to one of those and re link them here like I did. I recommend flickr.com

Thanks for hookin me up with the model viewer.. gonna get a fancy avatar and can now make intros for movies staring a given boss.. yay
