After completing the Infernal summon quest I hung around Nimby for a bit while I was talking on Vent to a friend when all of a sudden
Nibby summoned El Pollo Grande The Black Chicken Of DeathÃ‚

He might have another surprise for you after you do the Soul Harvester quest.

And if you have been soloed by a Hunters pet since 1.7, you will get the joke even more..
