How do i make a video?

We are going to do bwl soon and i was wondering how to make a video? and how do i get it published on the web? I might as well give it a practice while we are still getting geared for bwl.

Most people I know use FRAPS, http://www.fraps.com. The free version lets you record for 30 seconds. If you pay for it you can record to your heart's, and hard drive's, content.
