My Voidwalker has no name

My character is a Bloodelf warlock who recently obtained a Voidwalker pet. I logged out for work and when I logged back on I noticed that my Voidwalker didn't have a name. Any thoughts on how to get the name to appear back on the screen?

Check your interface options. There should be a "Show Pet's Name" in there.

I tried to enable 'Show Members' Pets', however that still did not bring my name back.

Okay, perhaps not the most constructive reply but you'll be unique while it lasts

Have you tried targetting your pet, to see if his name appears on the Unit Frame? The show group members' pets option is only for other players; I suspect you'ev got an outdated mod.

Tons of people have been having issues with vanishing pet bars and unit frames, and if you go out and update w/e unitframe mod you're using, this will solve 95% of the issues.

If you just can't see the name over his head like a player's name and guildname; that's probably an interface option to "Show Names" that was turned off. I think there is one specifically for pet names, check both Interface tabs.

I had the same problem. I logged a ticket with a GM and they renamed it for me.
