Dreadsteed Quest Question

I am a level 62 lock on the Antonidas server and ready to go to Dire Maul to complete my Epic Mount Quest. I was told there were Warlock mentors that would assist with this quest but was not able to locate the fabled list of who those individuals could be. Has anyone heard of this or is this yet more incorrect information I have been given???? Locks are so misunderstood! Thanks!

I note you are in a guild - use them, that's what they are there for!

Well, that's what mine are there for - we did guild runs through Scholo and Dire Maul to help me get my steed; I assumed that other guilds would do the same, to enable your progression

I just got to 60 myself and am looking to make the run for the dreadsteed. If you have not completed the quest, I would love to join you. I found a thread on the Antonidas Server forum about a guy offering to do the quest with you, he supplying the mats for the ritual, and if I can locate it again, will send you the link. Please feel free to leave me a message here or send me a tell ingame.

Hey Everyone,

Just thought I would post an update and try answer everyone. I was in a guild but the problem was it there was only a total of only eight members. Of the eight, I was one of the three that had sufficent level to go to Dire Maul to try for my Epic. I had to make a tough decision to leave the guild to be able to accomplish this goal and some others I have set for myself in the future.

The good news is that I have competed my epic mount mount quest.

I had three warlocks, one of whom was not quite ready to get his mount, a mage, and a paladin. I am going back to Dire Maul to assist the Warlock that didn't get his mount as soon as he is ready. He did an awesome job and I know he must have been so disappointed to be the only one to walk out without his demon pony.

I made a donation to his mount fund in the meantime in the way of materials (arcanite bars, etc) for the materials quest. He should be ready soon. If anyone will be needing to go please post and I will check back and post additional info. I will have a level 63 or so tank for the run. Thanks for all your reponses..lets see if we can't help each other out.....
