can anyone help a human get their felhunter

quest says i need two halves of a book...
one with Thousand Needles Centaurs, i went to Thousand Needles, killed every centaur and looted every chest but couldn't find the quest item. any one know where exactly it is.
second off the coast of Southshore.
second half not tried yet, but since i'm asking, can you help me with this bit too.

it was actually a pretty easy quest if i remember. just check thottbot for the coords, thats what i did.

From the felhunter guide on this site.

When you come down the lift, hug the cliff wall and head for the first cave (map). There are a few mobs scattered around but nothing to really worry about. You will start to see a few Centaurs as you get closer to the cave, all soloable. When you head into the cave follow the wall to your right, as you move down that you will see water running though, hop over that and on the other side, up on the left you will find the damaged chest. Loot this to receive your last piece.

+ there's a map.

As mentioned above the quest guide provides instructions and a map with an X that marks the location.
