The Doomguard

Do locks still have The Doomguard as a pet? I am demolock 8/43/0 @ level 60 and I was checking the pets info section here at the Warlocks Den and seen The Doomguard on the list and starts at level 60... but I have yet to recieve the quest? Am I doing something wrong?

Clicking on Pet Quests > Doomguard will take you to : Alliance & Horde Doomguard Quest Guide

First paragraph:
Once you reach level 60, head over to Daio the Decrepit who can be found in the Blasted Lands to receive your quest.
