Dreadsteed - Dire Maul portion

Just a quick question, that I didn't see addressed anywhere obvious: At 70, how many would it take to do DM? For certain it would be me and the Warlock with me who has the mats, and possibly my friend's Rogue. Do we need all 5, or would 3 do it? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Please use the search function. Searching for "Dire Maul", reveals one thread very obviously titled that questions this same thing.
