Re: pet problems

I wouldnt know, after i lovingly summon my pet i sacrifice it.

Seriously though I dont know. You could try Ticketing a gm.

Otherwise write a macro

/petattack

Might be a S-T fix for you

Re: Pet Not Responding

I'm sure it doesn't happen to you all the time, lol. I think it happened to me too, with my felhunter, like 2 or 3 times in my whole wow gaming history.

Re: Pet Not Responding

Well i would suggest that you have a long talk with your demon. If you go through that tough exterior image, they're really sensitive beings.
Perhaps a sacrifice too often, or one too many suicide missions... Maybe it wants a raise or something... Or simply some attention...

Re: pet problems

S-T = Short term

To make the macro do the following:

Go to the main menu (press Esc)
Click Macros
Click new
Type a name and select an icon
Click ok
You will not have in icon in your general macros box.
Click on it
type /petattack in the box

Then drag the icon to your toolbar and off you go.

Hope that helps

Re: pet problems

You mentioned in the other thread you made that you tried removing your addons - did you also clear your cache and wtf folders?

Having to macro the attacks kind of removes the point of having a pet back somewhat.

Also I have noticed my pet is tending to get stuck alot and only seems to free himself after combat. Is he moving with you and not attacking?

I have had this happen from time to time too. Really can't put my finger on when and how often but when it does it almost seems like my pet is caught in some type of lag.

Re: pet problems

Is your pet on passive? Have you unbound the attack command of your pet? Either of those are easy to fix, but really make sure your pet isn't on passive. They won't attack even if you're attacked then.
