Good luck! Sounds like your original complaint to the GM was more than valid. But the first advice they give is usually: try X without add-ons; just shut 'em down temporarily.

i spoke with all the NPC's near the warlock trainers in barrens, IF and SW
and only quest in able to obtain is the dreadsteel quest
(too lazy to make it).

try wowwiki, they usually have good documentation of those from start to finish.

The documentation on this site is surely adequate for any pet quest and I believe just the Succubus quest was the first it guided me through.

Some people seem to miss my point in this thread.

The point of the thread is that i cant start the questline and that i needed some help to questions like "how to acquire" and possibly "from whom",

the questline in itself, isnt much of a problem.

To find out who to speak to is simple: Have a look at the guides (front page > Pet Guides > Succubus) Run around and speak to any involved.

Romagoth gave you a road map. If you've talked to each one of the people in the chain he gave you AND you're 100% sure you don't have any of those in your quest log already wouldn't it make sense to contact a GM again and say "Hey, I asked you guys for help on this, was told to figure it out. I've since talked to X, X, X and X and I'm not able to pick up the quest..."?

Last problem I had to talk to a GM about I was given a few things to try and told "if those don't work open another ticket and let the next GM you talk to know what we talked about and what you tried". I mean call me crazy but why bang your head against a wall, it's a level 20 quest...there is no rep needed and there are no pre-reqs.

lol i got it the moment i could and i am a female player :p i just didnt want to have to worry about it when i was a higher level. Also i really like using my succubus in bgs, gives me a chance against those rancid rogues
