Demons and WotLK

So lets face it guyz locks can never beat mages in damage or hunters in long-gevaty so in the past demons were the ONE thing warlocks had all to themselves and going down demonology got you a demon that was the damage version of the high HP pets of hunters. since the mass nerf I have felt an over whelming loss because my best buddy became relatively useless. (mainly because he eats mana like mad and can't do half as well as pre-nerfed felguard) in BC I was overly happy we were getting a new pet!! just to find out this was another, even more useless, kill you after 5 minutes, P.o.S. Bottom line

I WANT NEW PETS!!!! Will Wrath of the Lich King be introduceing any new demons? By that I mean pet demons not useless temp summons. I know we get a demon FORM but thats just a few seconds of mass power, if I wanted something that would do mass damage and die after a few seconds I would have made a rogue.

Ah well lets hope our hero class is either a high necromancer or lich woot!

EDIT: by the by I know DK is the only hero class in wrath I mean in future expansions.

Not to get sidetracked here, But I think some people are misinterpreting the whole Death Knight Hero class idea. I know not everyone is thinking this way but my thinking was that the DK will be generically the same for everyone who unlocks it. It will not have anything to do with your current character OR race OR class, other than that you need to use your say "undead warlock" to unlock the class. After that its pretty much a start from level 50 or 60 re-roll.

Am I wrong? or just not understanding why people are saying certain things?

Again sorry to get away from your original question. I wish I knew what the demon ideas were, Maybe the Wow gods will repay me for my hours of bad drop rates and choose me for the BETA

to answer theDK question, yes your right. its just a re roll tht you unlock, having nothing to do with your current class or race. as to the whole demon thing, no there wont be a new, and in my opinion there is much point. you say tht the FG got nerfed and doesnt do much of nyhing, and while it is weaker, its not as bad as you think. all the other class i talk to say tht the FG is a bitch. its stuns and cleaves and hits pretty hard. so there is no reason to get nythign else new, save for maybe a new summon deamon mount(flying) but thts just one of many of my many wishes. OH and locks can out dps mages and can also, last as long as hunters man. life tap+drain life+soul link+sciphon life=very long lasting. And there wont be a lock hero class. the hero class is just a new class tht all races can use and it takes a qeust to get. while they might intro a lich type hero deal, its not sum lock hero.

Not sure about you.. but I beat every Mage in our guild, the competition is good rogues and Hunters. and I'm one of the top dps'ers

I left shadowbolt spam for fire, and realized an increase of dps.

it's all gear and playstyle.

but i have to agree.. i WANT more pets. at the very least, new skins.
