Yes we can summon our own mounts, however the name was changed a couple of patches ago to 'Felsteed'. The nightmare is supposedly to be our upgraded version of the Felsteed which I assume like the other upgrades of mounts, we will get at level 60.

Also, just for knowledge the normal mount for your race is only 40 gold.

Question...since the pet is summoned and uses a buff icon...can it be dispelled?

No one typically bothers dispelling a mount but you can be knocked off your mount if "Dazed" while riding. This is a royal pain, since mobs ten levels lower than me (which I can kill VERY easily) can still "Daze" me.

For the record, every time you cast Felsteed, a Gnome somewhere falls flat on his *** and wonders where his Mechanostrider went. ;)

Now say this in your head, using the little girl (Zuzu) voice from "Its a Wonderful Life"...LMAO.

Her actual quote was "Everytime a bell rings...an angel gets its wings." I know Im warped for ruining a Christmas classic, but I thought it was too funny. I thought some of the other geezers around here would be able to place the quote, hehee.

You know, I'd actually give up the Infernal, in its present incarnation, for a demonic flying steed.

It is hard for me to picture a small gnome on that huge horse. Maybe they get a pony version of the Felsteed hehe.
