Succubus spell questions

1. Is there a way to temporarily turn off a particular spell from her arsenal?

2. Seduction, I haven't quite figured out how this works yet because admittedly I solo a lot and therefore use my trusty VW. The other night I joined up with some guildies for an instance and figured it was a great time to give her a try. I didn't notice anything outstanding... is seduction something I have to initiate or does she do that herself? I also had her on passive mode, would that have something to do with it? I also realize they have to be certain types of mobs so that part I understand. I'm just unsure if there's more that I should be doing.

Succubus spell questions

I can't answer your question because I just dinged 26 myself so haven't had a chance to play around with Seduction. I do have a related question though.

I have read others state that when you have the Succubus seducing (i.e. mezzing), that means the succubus can't do anything else in the fight. It has one target and it keeps it mezzed until you tell it to stop. Why is this the case? Seduce last 10 seconds. Seems to me that once it mezzes a target, you can select a different target and tell it to attack (or mez that one as well). 10 seconds later you can switch back to the other target and tell the succubus to cast mez again. Rinse and repeat as many times as you need.

So why do people state the succubus can only mez 1 target and is out of the fight during that time?

Succubus spell questions

For your first question, you can right-click over a pet spell icon to toggle the autocast feature on/off. If the icon is flashing, that means it is currently toggled to autocast.

Succubus spell questions

you can only seduce humanoid mobs. if your pet is on passive it won't do anything unless you tell it too. you must click on a humanoid mob and then click on the seduction button in the pet spell bar. do not hit the mob afterwards becuase it will break seduction.

Because when you send her in to Seduce a mob, all she does is stand there and smack her *** at it. ;)

Succubus spell questions

Not the bug... but even before that bug came in, when you mezzed a target all she would do is concentrate on that one target.
