New demon idea: the Doppleganger
The Doppleganger looks exactly like you (even when inspected) with no indication of which one is the actual player. It's got several spells like corruption, shadowbolt, hellfire, metamorphosis, teleport: they do generate threat, however they don't do actual damage. |

I'd love to see a demon flight form for locks, either we metamorph into a demon form for flight like druids or big bad *** demon swoops down and carries us off in its talons |

Where your pet is cloned, deals a percentage of damage that the original does, and mirrors all your original pet's attacks. It would increase pet damage, plus additional perks such as divide the damage the pet takes with Soul Link in half, grant you more buffs from Demonic Knowledge and other talents. I'd assume it would only last as long as the Shaman Wolves pets last.

I'd love an "oh shit" pet that we can summon for a limited amount of time and it throws out heals/decurses/abolishes poisons. Or an "oh shit" spell that lets us cast shadow spells on friendly targets, but instead of doing damage it heals the target for that amount. So corruption turns into prayer of mending, curse of agony turns into a lifebloom, shadowbolt is now a greater heal, and shadow fury is a pseudo circle of healing. As neat as it would be, and as fiting as a demonic version of mirror image, I just don't see it happening. The point of the demon warlock relationship is to benefit from certain abilities the warlock has. Simply copying ones self isn't very special or unique, and I would find it extremely boring |

You could then have a pet that looks like you (target yourself), or a Warrior, Mage, or Druid that you saw a few minutes ago (target them). I think it would need a few of its own abilities as well, perhaps its own fear (It could be called Confusion since that'd be the point of this pet), maybe a shadowbolt (some DD), or small heal spell (for more utility)? I agree that this idea really doesn't sound too much like a Warlock, but I'm sure it could be rather fun to play around with if you did have it. Might be more of a Mage idea though.

How about a spell we cast on our demon that makes them look like us for a limited period and if someone mistakes the demon for you and hits the demon they are stunned and/or receive x amount of damage |
