Fell Hunter Devour Question

This is just simple question and hopefully someone has already tried this before I got out and try it myself, just to watch myself look stupid in the face of my enemy.

When a Paladin casts Inuvnerablility is it considered as a enchantment? In other words could the Fell Hunter devour his Invunerability making the Pal all naked and vunerable for you to destroy? Or for anybody who can cast that kind of spell for that matter.

If the Fell Hunter could devour it then this could be very Interesting.
Imagine a Pal or wizard that is hurt in a PvP and they cast that Invunerable spell to try to heal only to see the spell disappear seconds after they cast it because the Fell Hunter ate it. This could really prove to be useful and just give us a reason to have the Fell Hunter out instead of the Succubus. Hmmm... :-k

If this does not work then sorry for sucking up the bandwith.

Fell Hunter Devour Question

I have no idea if this would work. I kind of don't think it will. I'm going to have to try it when I can, but it will be a while before I get the Devour spell.

Fell Hunter Devour Question

Oh, I've been thinking on a thing concerning Devour Magic for quite some time now, but perhaps it just sounds stupid. But as we now allready are on the fellhunter topic.

As I've understand it the fellhunter can eat a harmfull magic on the warlock, right? Can't the fellhunter simply devour polys and others fears and what not?

If they can...hmmm.

Fell Hunter Devour Question

I don't believe the felhunter can eat a paladin's invunerability shield, but I'm fairly certain it can eat the priest's damage shield.

When you are polymorphed, you cannot give any orders to your felhunter, and thus cannot eat the polymorph put on you. If a polymorph is put on another player, however... the felhunter can eat that polymorph.

Fell Hunter Devour Question

Please can someone with experience with the felhunter tell me when you'd rather use the Felhunter over any other Summon for PVE or PVP?

For PvP dueling I love the succubus's Mez, even against any casters, CoT + Succubus, and fear is enough for me to win many times (at level 30ish hehe, maybe changes at higher lvls). In PvE, i use the VW mostly, and sometimes i use the succu, but VW is safer/better/easier for me. In instances I use the IMP for his DPS and Stamina buff, or the VW if we need an off tank for adds.

I have no experience with the Felhunter, but I will get him soon and was wondering what you guys' experience has been like with this funny looking summon.

Fell Hunter Devour Question

In PvE Felhound is useful for mobs that can sleep/hex your party. Depending on situation, if your tank/priest gets hexed, things can get ugly fast.

1v1/duel wise I haven't found much of a use for Felhound...Succubus just seem to be way better. Against Mage it isn't of much use because you can't eat the polymorph on yourself (Succubus mez + Soul fire + dots is MUCH better against mage. If you use felhound and mage polymorphs you then kills your felhound, he will win 9 out of 10 times). I suppose against priests it can eat the sta buff, but otherwise it's also not of much use. I suspect the Felhound has better uses in group PvP, especially when the other side has multiple mages.
