Using my VW vice other pets

I have found lately that im using my VW less and less due to the fact that im using my spells like fear to keep the mobs at bay while i cast corruption and agony on them to wear them down, Ive found the succubus to be very helpful once you have her maxed out as well as having your talents maxed out now. Rarely have i actually been caught out using this tactic. I have my corruption maxed now so its almost an instant cast and dont have to wait for it so i load that first then agony then him them with fear to get them running around and while they are doing that im working them over with other spells. If you get an add or two you can just keep hittin them with fear also to keep them at bay while you finish off the first one. This tactic also works wonders against the vastly overrated Paladins in PvP play. Just dont let them get close enough to lay a beating on you. And if you do get caught out by a Paladin just cast your spell to slow them down and run circles around them.. sorry cant remember the name off hand..

Succubus is a good general purpose pet to have out in pvp. can use seduce to let you catch up, cast a really long cast spell (soulfire comes to mind.) or start the fear chain. In pve she has a bit more trouble cause a couple adds can really mess you up when your fear makes them run wrong. Succubus can take a bit of damage and offtank a bit plus fast regen rate, but not meant for the utility thigns a voidwalker can do. Admittadly the voidwalker does lose aggro if not tuant micromanaged well as i've seen someone doing but its does have sacrifice and consume shadows which gives it a fast recovery time. Also sacrificing the void can give you the damage absorption you need to summon a better pet for pvp, fear or run from someone, or kill them hopefuly before void shield wears or your a sitting duck if its a melee and you dont have curse of exhaustion. One of my favorite things to do with voidwalker is to sacrifice it drink a fire protection potion and hellfire 5 or 6 enemys. This will KILL your mana but is good if its an emergency or your just feeling suicidal and want to char something badly. If used in pvp in conunction with soulstone you can wipe out armys if your lucky.
