Do Infernal & Doomguard work like regular pets?

I know you have to enslave them etc. but they are considered our end-game pets (level 50 - 60). I can see the 'normal' pet upgrades like unholy power do not work, but how about soul link or health funnel? If this seems to work the demonology tree might just become interesting once more.

I've seen someone here post that Soul Link works for an enslaved pet, even if the enslave breaks.

What skills does inferno and doomguard have? I read something about a stun and rain of fire for doomguard. more info like that please!
