Felhunter Quest help

Okay I don't know what's going on, but i'm totally lost on this quest. I've been to ratchet & to the lock trainer in UC & Org and none of them give me this quest. I'm level 50 and I don't exactly know what happened .. I never accomplished the felhunter quest .. I did do one quest where i had to collect the soul of a felhunter (which i thought wast he quest) .. but i don't have any stones to summon a felhunter so i don't think that it was .. i'm lost!!!!
