i cant get my fellhunter quest

by some chance i missed it .. now im level 53 .. and no matter how many times i talk to the warlock trainer in stormwind .. he doesnt have it ?
just asks me if i wanna unlearn my talents or wutever ..

what gives .. i really want a felhunter

Check Ratchet. If that doesn't work, petition.
