Re: Banish?
If your fighting a Demon Mastery warlock the felhound gets an extra resistant buff...and if that warlock has 5/8 Felheart or Nemesis your pretty much SoL on banishing that pet. You can try and might get lucky or fight the resist while the warlock beats you down while you are messing with his/her hound.
On a fun note. I was collecting a quest item on the ground and there was an elemental near it. Being a warlock I banished it instead of fighting it, or at least that was the idea. Instead the banish was reflected back onto me. I sat there for the duration of the banish unable to do anything. The elemental still attacked me but could not hit me. I tried it again, but it never happened again. Not sure if this was a fluke or if its just a really small chance of happening. Anyone else ever had this happen? |

Re: Banish?
Felheart 5/8 - 5: Your pet gains 15 stamina and 100 spell resistance against all schools of magic.
Nemesis 5/8 - 5: Your pet gains 20 stamina and 130 spell resistance against all schools of magic. Master Demonologist - Felhunter: Increases all resistance by 1 per level(60). So yeah, he is usually going to resist your spells. That is why warlocks are the mage killers in PvP. They can’t kill our pets and we can keep them spell locked for most of the fight. |
