A way to keybind pet abilities?
I'v been reading the boards for a long time but I haven't found anything about keybinding our pet abilities.
I was wondering where you could do that? Or how. The only keybinding I'v found is pet attack. It'd be really nice if I could keybind spell lock, sacrifice, seduce. ~Unravel, level 60 Warlock on Greymane |

Re: A way to keybind pet abilities?
You can make a Macro for your pets ability and then put it on one of your hotkey bars.
Just name the macro and pic a picture for it. Then open your spell book and select your pets spell tab ( you have to have that pet out to get to his spell list ), then shift-click the spell and it should put it in the Macro box. Move the macro to your spell bar and now you can set a hotkey for the macro. |

Re: A way to keybind pet abilities?
CTRL+1-6 are the default pet action keybinds
for example I hit CTRL+1 to send my voidwalker into attack. Just hit the number of the ability you want to use, or you can shuffle the abliities around on the pet hotbar for easier pressing, for example, I moved most of the special abilites (ie Seduce, Suffering/Torment, etc.) to the first 4 spots, so for example on my VW, 1-5 are attack, suffering, torment, sacrifice, Consume shadows. Hope that helps ya some |

Re: A way to keybind pet abilities?
I've been wondering about a similar question. As always, I'm trying to streamline and optimize my UI. I don't know much about the macro language WoW uses, but am wondering if there's a way to have a single macro determine which pet I have out, and then choose its action based on that. Essentially, I want to be able to hit a single key and Sacrifice if I have a Voidwalker out, Seduce if I'm using a Succy, or Spell Lock if the Felhunter is out.
Has anyone tried this? Is it even possible? |

Re: A way to keybind pet abilities?
it's possible, i've got something similair but not macro'd
you can swap around the icons in the pet action bar, so you could put sacrifice, seduce and spell lock on the third slot. and use ctr-3 each time (in my case i've switch ctrl to alt for easier hotkeying) |

What you are describing is exactly what the addon servitude does.

Re: A way to keybind pet abilities?
Perfect, thanks. I just downloaded it tonight. Looks like it'll take some time to figure out the idiosyncracies, what with the latest UI changes by Blizzard, but it looks like this and Necrosis should have me set up pretty well. Thanks for the heads up!
