Fellhunter Quest & Overleveled

Hi,
My friend , Aliannajean, is a level 36 lock, and never got the fellhunter quest. She'll shortly level to 37. She got the VW and the Succubus, but never went to see Strahad in Ratchet -- OR she abandoned the quest (doesn't remember). She's now not seeing anything available when she goes to Gavin Darkbinder in SW, or when she goes to see Strahad. She can't begin the Tome of the Cabal quest because the previous required level 30 quest either wasn't accepted or it was abandoned, and she's now six levels or so above that. Can anything be done so she can get her Fellhunter? Is this an issue that a GM could help with? Thanks for any advice you can give.

she can still go pick up the quest even if she abandoned it. the questgiver won't have the yellow "!" above his/her head, but she can still go pick up the quest...
