I just noticed the Den thread (which has now been edited). Weirdly enough, I also came across the following thread on the official forums: WoW Forums - Warlock's Den

Water off a duck's back I'm afraid - theres no better source of information on the internet for the Warlock class and thats a simple fact. If people have personal issues with us because we're stricter then the official forums then I'm not going to lose any sleep over it at all

And Theleb is totally right. There is no better source for Lock info than here. I've been a user of the internet for years, and I have never enjoyed a website as I have this one. Which is why I've made donations to the site to keep it running and will continue to do so in the future. I've never donated to a website before this. I stand by it.

1 - This site being a tad of a carebear, my trollish side will probably never die.

2 - This site being the best source of warlock info for PvE and an excellent one for PvP.

Interesting, hadn't seen that link before. Every now and then, usually when I'm buggered but not ready for bed, I find myself googling the site to see what others are saying about it, see who's linking to it etc. Nearly every time I will find someone slagging it off.

That link I don't understand though, the threads they're linking are multipage discussions. They have a problem with good discussion/information threads? They don't like threads containing discussions?

Apart from the fact we're purple, which is the colour of the "Share Bear", there are no other comparisons. The site isn't covered in fur...

So we don't allow people to attack each other, call people names, flame each other just because they're safe behind their monitor. What makes us so "carebear"? Because the only way I see it is we don't allow people to be childish...

In all seriousness I enjoy the occasional troll posts and drama threads. However, the official forums are pretty useless because of all the nerf posts. The mage forums are even worse but in other ways. If people can't appreaciate then Den than that's their loss.

Being fairly new to WoW, this site has taught me everything I need to know about "perfecting" the lock (and the game in general). It is clean and well managed and attracts people (ala CPimp and others) who contribute enormously to community with valuable articles and knowledge.

And of course it wouldn't be here if it weren't for the tireless work of a few ... kudos to Theleb and Maltyrius, and a mighty kudos to to Akasha! If locks could be tauren, you could ride those kudos, i mean kodos into town and we'd all hear the stampede.

If by "carebear" you mean we like to act civil to each other and provide useful information as opposed to a bunch of worthless "nerf this" and hate threads I guess I will take that as a compliment.
