Troubleshooting the Den

I thought that perhaps if everyone started taking note of the little bugs they see around the Den, it might help Akasha troubleshoot them

Sometimes I visit the Den and I'm not logged in on the home page (as was the case today that lead to me posting this thread). The Ads are showing on the top and left sides, and down the page it has the log-in boxes for my username/password. I enter my log-in information, see a Thank you for logging in Pernicous message and it tells me i will be redirected shortly. When it sends me back to the home page, I still see Ads on the top and left sides, and I'm still not logged in. I attempted this four times to be sure of what I was observing.

Now, when I visited the forums, and logged in, then went back to the home page, I was also logged in on the home page. Now, when I return to the home page, I still see the top and Left side Ads, however any Ads that are in the Forum are gone.

Occasionally, when I visit the home page, the top Ad banner will not show, but the left side Ads do show. I haven't yet figured out how to recreate this occurrence.

I've noticed with IE 6 and 7 that the home page "Latest Posts" section has the thread titles/authors centered instead of left justified, on Fire Fox and Safari, they are left justified.

I hope something in this mess of observation helps. If anyone else has noticed anything odd around here, it might help to list as much detail as you can about what you saw and what you did. It's also good to take note of what kind of equipment you are running and your status on the Den.

Browser: Fire Fox 2, IE 6, IE 7, and Safari for Windows.
OS: Windows XP Pro and Windows Vista Ultimate.
Den Status: I'm a Den Supporter '08, and donated to have an Ad Free site.

Might as well move the advertisement troubleshooting to this thread since it's here...

Although, hopefully, it should now be the last troubleshooting needed for it. Do you subscribers who are also '08 donators, still see ads on the front page?

I don't see the ad banners anymore. I'm viewing the site on my iPod ATM, but since it has a full browser on it I would assume firefox and ie also don't show the ads. Unless some one beats me to it, I'll verify in the morning.
