Talent threads suggestion

Just an idea:

I think that the *discussion* threads make a lot of sense now. I would though suggest to wait for 3 months before people should be allowed to rate, because honestly we don't know it works at 80 and with proper gear etc.

It kind of reminds me of Amazon.com reviews of stuff not yet released. Discussion is fine, but to evaluate you need some more time in my opinion.

Ratings can always be reset. People may want to use those talents to level - which is pre 80 and 'proper' gear. There's a rating in there for that very thing.
