How to you add/edit categories on your blog?
How do you assign an existing post to a category? A new post?

Click on the Blog Control Panel which is on the left hand side
Click on Blog Categories which is on the left hand side after clicking the first link

Edit the entry
Under 'Additional Options' you can see the boxes to tick which categories to add to...
