3.2 Taking gear damage from dummy?

Hi!
I just registered and was overwhelmed by the excessive lockout period.

Anyway, to my problem/question:
Why do I need to spend a lot of gold each time I have been practicing on a training dummy??
Does anyone else notice this too?

And I'm not 100% sure, but I think I have to repair (for some silver) after just standing still in town for a while.

LifeTap hurting gear? Bug? Cosmic radiation?

being in combat will cause you to lose durability regardless of whether you get hit or not

Wow, that sucks. I've been getting a lot of new gear lately and have been practicing my rotation quite a bit. It costs me somewhere around 6g per training session.

That's a new one on me. Is this a fairly recent change?

**Edit
Not calling you out, I noticed this on wowwiki too, I honestly never knew that.
