DPS & Rotation Help! If you're struggling to get your DPS up, can't figure out your personal rotation or just want to know if you're doing ok, then come on in and compare chart numbers...

I've Read about warlocks pull 6k DPS But that could be off Xt or some other boss To midagate that factor... I'm talking about off Pachwork Fist i would like to Point Out that No mater what Spec I go Whare ever my Spell power Sits that What I end Up doing for DPS if it sits at 3k that what i End up doing for dps and Vise versa if i Sit at 2700 or so thats what I do for DPS I don't Get it ... there is No way that a Warlock can pull any higher DPS if a warlocks DPS is only a 1 to 1 factor (wich Means SP Effectiveness Needs a Bost bad) Maybe it is Something i'm doing Wrong and then again mabe not ... ok just as an FYI atm I'm just using my Demo/Dis Spec that puts me at 3k dps off pachwork ... But if go my Full Dis spec at most I can hope for is 2700 now Thowing in the factor that I know my Gear atm isn't the gratest in the game I feel thout that becuse i can't get my DPS up there that well Progression in the game is going to go no ware When I'm in my Demo/Dis (3/41/27) Spec my spell Rotation is COE > Imo > Cur > Spam Insin > repet from Imo (Strate Forword, Easy and I do 3k DPS off pachwork) When I'm full Dis (0/13/58) My Rotation is COE > Imo > Cur > Spam Insin > Config > Repet from Imo ( I end up only doing 2700) and even if I throw CB in there that Still only ends up putting me at 2800 on Full Dis and I know that Hits playing a major Factor too.. it's just not up there with rest of my Guild's DPS (keep in mind I'm the only Warlock in the Guild too) thay off Pachwork are pulling is doing 4 - 5k DPS ... BTW If you tell me that I'll Get more off affiction with DS after 30% you couldn't more wrong I did that and only did 2100 DPS and that was fallowing the vid (somewhat)

Zamp Character Info Zamp 80 Blood Elf Warlock Stormreaver US PvP Guild: Elusive Profile: Blizzard Armory Talent Spec: 3/13/55	Re: I realy Don't know What it is that I'm Doing Wrong My rotation is; Immolate -> CoD -> Conflag -> Incin 2x -> Chaos Bolt -> Incin Then conflag when its up, reapply immolate, repeat and wash as priorities come up. I throw coD after immolate because it fits perfectly in the GCD for the server lag to use conflag. If your not using CB, why are you even specced that far down? Use it. It's nice in PVE

I think he is aiming more for the destruction side of it brah.

I really cant tell you about your demon spec as I have nvr played it for raids.

As for affliction you might be lagging or clipping dots. I cant really say too much because I dont know how you spend your points for it.

Your destruction spec is way of base according to Fallenman's
Fallenman's 3.1.2 Quick Raid Spec Rundown!

I am not sure why you spent your talent points the way you did.

one of your glyphs is not a glyph of choice either.

corruption glyph vs immolate

I am specd exactly the way Fallenman suggested and I am very happy with it. But, I do still need practice to get better at it.

I can pull 3k+ easy in PVP gear with a PVP spec (only 6.33% +hit) on the boss dummy, and quite a bit more in my raid spec and PVE gear fully raid buffed on Patchwerk. So, do you have FPS or lag issues? Are you clipping Immo? Are you using Chaos Bolt and Conflag every time they are up? (PS~ Check out Fallenman's build for a proper Destruction build) (PSS~ Use Spell Check bro, I have never seen such poor spelling on a forum before.) __________________

My highest dps on Patchwerk until recently was 4k with fights that were close to 5 minutes long. A few weeks ago we took a lot of good dps and killed him in 2:45. Boom- my dps goes up to 5500. With 30 seconds of bloodlust that's better than 1/6 uptime.

Patch went down quickly because of your high DPS. You probably had a group composition with great synergy between the classes. A kill like that probably means everyone in the group was doing around 4-5k DPS.
