dps SERIOUSLY needs help
I can't break 5k substained http://www.wowarmory.com/character-s...hand&n=Gogolth My gear could use improvements but I think its fine I have the spec 0/13/58 I have the rotation CoE, immolate, incenerate, and blow CB and conflag every CD glyphs incenrate, immolate, and conflag Is their a macro im missing or something? I know a warlock on my server that does over 5k substained and can peak at 7k+ same spec and close to gear. When you say he does 7K is that in your grp?..what is the grp make up do they run ToW and a Moonkin?..depends on grp makeup.. Also depends on Fights..If we are talking abt Hodir then yes 7k is very possible on Hodir for a destro lock..mages get higher due to the increased crit debuff benefit. If you are saying he gets 7k on ignis and you get 4-5K..then that is hard to believe. My only thought is if you have the 2pc t8 bonus why are you not using the LT glyph..it is around 150ish dps..i dont think the incinerate glyph can compare...imo S_W |

Gear wise, ditch the Egg of Mortal Essence, it's for healers. Also the staff isn't great, you can do far better with a main & offhand combo. Your spec & glyphs look fine & your rotation is ok (I'd lose CoE & replace it with CoD unless you don't run with a boomie or DK, but that's pretty minor). The main thing is you are way below the hit cap. You absolutely must have 368 hit as a minimum, you can pretty well rely on getting the other 3% from the raid. It's the lack of hit that is causing you to have lower dps.

I guess it is gear then, The warlock and I did the same naxx 25 run. His overall damage and dps was way higher than mine. IE...he left before maybe one boss before saphh and KT and he was still number 3 on the damage charts at the end of the run =0 |

All your gems are spell power. Replace 3 of them with hit gems so you reach 368.

I wouldn't risk being below 368. You can't rely on having a Draenei in your group.

Get yourself a chaotic skyflare diamond and a better leg enchant (50 spellpower and 20 spirit). You'll notice the difference. |
