Spec, DPS, Rotation, Gear, Stats & Raid HELP!!!!
Hey guys! Right well I know there are thousands of post like this but I really have a problem! I used to have good DPS before Ulduar (5k+ T7/7.5 Gear with the Fel Guard spec) But just before and as Ulduar hit I was having a few problems with college, family and work. I had spent ages looking and testing specs and researching the stats I would be aiming for. So when Ulduar hit and I had too respec and with the added problems I packed it all in so I could get everything sorted and have a break from the game. Now I'm back and still face the problem of spec and gear. So what I'm asking for is for someone too take a look at my gear, stats and spec and tell me what I'm doing wrong and where I can improve! I can barely get past 2.8k on HC bosses and 3.3k on a test dummy. But I hear of Warlocks doing 7k+ DPS in raids. So please please please ANALYSE my character My rotation is Immo > Chaos > Conflag > CoD > Incin spam. I would like advice on my spec, gear, stats and pretty much anything else you can think of that will help me out and too become a better warlock for my guild! Stat Priorites ... Spell Power Haste Spirit Crit Intellect Glyphs ....... GoIncinerate GoLifeTap GoConflagrate Opener..... CoD Immolate Conflagrate Chaos Bolt Incinerate spam Priority ........ -immolate up -conflagrate down -chaos bolt down -curse up -cram all the incinerates in as you can I mean, it really is no more difficult than that. Ok very valid points, I suppose your right though I am comparing myself too better geared locks and comparing HC & Test dummy DPS too raid lock dps! LOL I was just thinking maybe you guys could point me in the right direction as too were I'm supposed to be raiding etc.... |

any 10 man raid should be fine for you, and VoA 25. Ulduar 25 should also be ok, if you can find a group. If you are confident that you still can pull those 5k in raids (and I don't see why you shouldn't be able to do it anymore), then you can also go to ToC 25, I've seen much worse people there :D You might however get turned down based on gear. If you have a guild, that should be less of a problem of course ;) To get some better gear you can run heroics and buy the T8 head and chest using the Emblems. Heroic ToC (the 5 man) also has some nice upgrades for you. |
