3.1 Rotation problem.. or i think

Hello, this is my gear:
WoW Heroes - World of Warcraft PvE character info & ratings
and my builds:
The World of Warcraft Armory
On dummy my dps is
as demo:
3100 with rotation
Macro for pet enrage/attack, coe, imolate, corruption and sb spam till curses cd renew (this is without using meta)
Is that ok?
as destro, on dummy i've got 4300, but in raids it's rarely over 3500. This is rotation:
coe, immolate, conflagarate, chaos bolt, spam inicirate till conf cd finishes, immolate, chaos bolt.. and so on.
Any suggestions?

This is bad. With a dummy dps of 4300, you should do 5k on average in raids.

Suggestion: Try to stand there and nuke the boss... position yourself such that you don't have to move too much... just try to keep your rotation going as you do on the dummy and it should be fine actually.
