Other mmporgs,similar to Morrowind?

I would like to try another mmporg, more like Morrowind and less like WoW. That's because I play WoW already, but much of the non-arcadish stuff I liked in Morrowind are not present here. So far, I have only heard horrible things about other contemporary mmporgs... I wish someone can help.

You could try Lineage 2...I loved that game. I quit it and only began playing WoW to wait for L3. Its extremely fun and very pvp and team based, unfortunantly the grind to level sucks, and the quests are even worse. Then theres Darkfall which looks most like what your talking about. I don't know much about it since its not out yet but stop by its site and take a look for yourself.

Have you tried Lord of the Rings Online?

I have played it yesterday evening, and in 2.5 hours have reached level 8.
It's very different, less "cartoonish" than WoW. The quests are great, very xp rewarding compared to grinding. And they are well "scenarized"!
It feels a bit "empty" tough, and the colors are really light, a lot like Morrowind.

All in all, I think a big part of WoW players will not like it, but I suggest you try it with a 7 days trial key (GL finding someone who has one!).
