Could not connect after the server check

Hi guys,

I cant connect to the server after the server check. It just shows as "authenticating" -> "connecting" then it stops there.

I tried to open the official forums but it either failed to open or load up really really slow (takes ages).

I am from Australia if that helps

Same I am also having problems connecting to the World of Warcraft website.
My guess is they had some how found something really serious during the maintaining hours, or it just crashed >:( !

In any case I am really steamed at them!
