Spoilers and what to do about them
Howdy!
I, like many of you fellow warlocks, peruse quite a few WoW-related sites, but today I was reading an article over on WoWInsider about a possible WoW expansion FAQ leak and what all it had to say. Now while I'm as interested as the next person is about future content, seeing someone release "possible" information about a future product is irksome. I'm not slamming the folks over at WoWInsider, because I go there for a wide variety of information. I'm just a bit peeved at the mentality of folks who think leaking information is in some way "cool". Just my thoughts. |

Re: Spoilers and what to do about them
This happens all the time and I wouldn't be surprised if Blizzard itself were behind the "leak"--could keep people interested in the game for awhile longer.
I think there's a difference between WoWInsider talking about expansion rumors and true spoilers, like the people who photographed every page of the last Harry Potter novel and put it on the internet. |

Re: Spoilers and what to do about them
What exactly did they spoil? That their *might* be an expansion? I admit the idea that blizzard would make another expansion was a major shock to my system. That this expansion might be set somewhere in azeroth? Well, yeah, that was a shocker also.
