Re: best keyboard/mouse/mousepad combo?
i use g15 and sidewinder mouse ... i love it ... and i use an Allsop gaming mouse pad ... i love the sidewinder because it comes with 3 sets of "feet" that you can interchange to work best on whatever surface your mousepad is and weights to make it feel like you want ... it also has 3 dpi settings you can quickly move between on the mouse itself to adjust the sensitivity depending on the situation ... i also use the thumb buttons alot in wow (just bind them to a key and the key bind in wow) ... and the g15 as has been said already is fantastic ...

Re: best keyboard/mouse/mousepad combo?
Sandio O2 3d mouse.
Razer Tarantula Gaming Keyboard. I have as backups the Razer Copperhead, and the Wolf Claw TYPE II gaming Keyboard. Biggest reason why I like my current SANDIO/RAZER is how the mouse has so many easy configurations for Warlocks and how the keyboard feels, looks, and responds. I haven't figured out how to properly macro the buttons on the RAZER, but the Sandio 02 is one of the easiest I've ever had. I can't explain how easy life tap/dark pact is! It has 3 joysticks on it...one on left side, one on top, one on right side. You bind the keys to the ability in game, then type the letter in the interface which profiles your various toons for you. Load, and done. I move buttons around depending on the encounter. Right now I have Life Tap, Drain Life, and SOC binded easily. It glides like a puck on ice, and its bigger than most mouses, so it feels better, more like a Controller. Keyboard wise, I just wanted something responsive and with the ability to add/macro buttons when I figure it out. I've had cheap keyboards/mouses, but found they die easy or just make the game to complex. Can you do it otherwise? Definately. But as a lock I need alot of buttons at my tips and although I can type fast, I've yet been able to adapt it to WoW. |
