Past or present warlocks
Am just curious here on what other warlock thought's and reason's on this was...Am a long time warlock player, I started way back in Mar of 2006.Made me a Gnome warlock for my main and never looked back  My question is to anyone played then to now, Which was the most fun to play to you all? Me I liked old lock ways of farming and raiding, the pvp back in the day when rest the classes did not have anti warlock talents  Warlocks just seem to have more fun factor to the play style than the locks of today. |

I am new to the whole lock thing. I have a 71 warrior, who was my main before the xp and than I created my lock. I love her and have no interest in my warrior. So, I don't know about before but I like playing the lock now. |

I tried hunter, warrior, lock and DK. I enjoy my lock way more than the others! best class ever

I've been playing my warlock since around the middle of 2005, and Hakasa has always been my main.. I've got a 71 rogue(that I leveled in BC) and upper 50s druid. I miss the good ol' days of Shadow Mastery/Ruin build... Seems like regardless of anything, Ruin is always a MUST HAVE talent, even back in the vanilla days of WoW.. I just noticed that, weird. |

I started playing Feb 2006. Leveled a hunter to 60 and was raiding AQ20. Started my lock just for the fun of it. Still playing the same toon now. Versatility is the reason for me but all around an awesome class even in the shape we are currently in. |

i started with a mage back in December of 07, got to level 49 and stopped playing for a couple months. when i started playing again i really didn't want to go back to the mage, i had gotten sick of him; so i took a week or so and did all the research i could on all the classes and i ended up starting a hunter.... got to level 11 and absolutely hated it, so i liked having a pet and all and wanted a class i could solo alot with and just use my pet alot. The natural answer was of course the warlock. after i started my warlock i read up on the lore and stuff, and i was hooked!!  i realy like the raid aspect of the warlock, the hole idea of curses and DPS is really neat. i never did instances or anything with the mage, so the warlock was definitely a change. Woohoo For Warlocks!

I haven't had my lock for very long. I first started with a lock when everything was still very new. then i moved and havn't played for some odd years. so i made a new account and ofcourse made a Lock. I am still in love with this class. but i do miss how much everyone hated us. now it seems like people are more immune to us, and dont see us as much as a threat. there are a few things i like about locks now, but i miss things of way back when. |

my main was a druid and my alt was a shammy at the time and also leveled a hunter... then i quit wow... i came back and didnt want to heal so i decided to make a dps.. i went threw all the dps classes and felt that locks were the least repetative and thats how i made my lock and i havent looked back i love him

I started a Paladin, after installing the game in september 2005, first at the insistance of friends who had played since the start. My first raid in Molten Core I healed at 60 once & once only.He is now 73. He made 70 about 60% through BC & became my farmer- Crusader aura lol The next Character I created was Elricc who has over 115 days /played has cleared MC,Onoxia,some of BWL (we were just starting when BC came out) & a lot of AQ. I did clear Naxx but that was at 70. Everything up to 4/MH & 5/9 BT before I gave up raiding- this was pre nerf when you still had to do the atunement to MH/BT. Vanilla WoW was the best for me. It was tough on a PvP server-not knowing where I was going etc. I took the Pally in first as he was a lot like a turtle  PvP was both BGs & world PvP & i do think it was much better then- rogues hunted warlocks & we hunted them- each class had some advantages there were no "Stunnlock 'till dead" likewise fear always took you opponent out of range or through a bush or tree etc  I made a Mage who is 65 & a bank toon & was my potion maker for BC & an ugly little gnome he is!
