pre-paid game card invalid...

what the hell... my account has been frozen for months and now i was finaly able to fix my broken computer and i really really want to play again so i buy a game card and now it sais its its invalid...

i thendoublechekked it and it keeps saying invalid...
anyone has any idea of what to do except buying a new card...

I would suggest if you have never used this card, and have a receipt, i would take it back, and if they won't do it, call blizzard and tell them you just bought this card, have never used it. i'm sure they can check the card against your account and have it show your account never used it.

The obvious thing to do would be to call Blizzards Account & Billing Support Team. Find them at http://www.wow-europe.com/en/support...ntbilling.html

I personally have never used game cards, only DD, so can't help much beyond that.

Is it an US game card and you are on EU servers? I happened to peopl before when they ebayed them.
