Check out this site from Office Max to turn anyone, or multiple people into dancing elves. You can even call an 800 # to add a voice message which they will turn into an elf voice, then email it to the victim.

Hehe, my RL best friend introduced this to me about a week ago - and it is too hilarious to pass up. Nothing better than to see my uber-male boyfriend's face pasted on a dancing elf! Everyone should do it - it'll put you in the Holiday spirit in no time!

Just a note, though - depending on your connection, it could take awhile to load. It's totally worth it just the same
