What's your favorite food?

Personally, I'm a seafood lover, so I always like a lobster, oysters, crab, good sushi...if it swims I'll eat it.

Personally I dont like anything that swims when Im about to eat it :D

Haha ... when i 1st saw this thread thought it might be a poll to see which food people like better in game ... such as:

* Spicy Crawdad
* Fisherman's Feast
* Poached Bluefish
* Blackened Basilisk
* Skullfish Soup

OK ... so who is the bored one now?

1. Jalfrezi (meat, fish or chicken)
2. Madras (meat, fish or chicken)
3. Biryani (meat, fish or chicken)
4. Mexican - I've yet to try a mexican dish I haven't liked.
5. Italian - particularly taglietelli (sp) type dishes.

I like seafood also but more along the lines of Dolphin, Snapper, Grouper etc with rice and beans. I recently returned form vacation in the Florida Keys and had some Hogfish when I was there. It was one of the best meals I have ever had.

Unfortunately living in the Northern Plains fresh seafood is not available unless I get it so then I make do with a big ol grilled Rib Eye steak.

Amazing sport fish, by the way.. a 15 pounder will give you a half hour fight.. a >35 pounder will have you on your feet for close to two hours.

Oh and <3 seafood. Nothing beats fresh, I-went-and-caught-it-that-day lobster on the beach.

That is correct, They were called Dorado when we fished them in Costa Rica a lot of fun to catch and very tasty.

Yeah, I work in a seafood restaurant and always have to tell the little high school girls that it's not actually dolphin. Fortunately we have one hanging on the wall so I can show them what they actually look like. Very yummy when blackened.

Oh, but they're intelligent.. eh? Can't prove it by me. Or maybe they are, which is why we don't see them in the supermarket?

People eat other whales all the time. People eat anything they can catch. Even other people, sometimes.

Different times, cultures and circumstances.
I don't eat meat (No, not a vegetarian, I eat fish) because the meat you get from most places is actually unhealthy for you.

Fish, by and large, IS healthy for you, and the incidence of dodgy fish is way less than that of dodgy meat.

Still, having said all that, yes, I love seafood too.. Lobster...mm..crab, shark is really nice too, very meat-like.. and fresh tuna.. much the same.
