Favorite Genre of Literature????
Personally I like the Suspense / Crime books... someone is murdered and the detective has to deal with all this scum to work it out. I've enjoyed a bit of the "a girl goes missing mysteriously and the detective who retired years ago gets back into the action to find her"
Favourite Authors are Dean Kootz and Tami Hoag but I do like a lot of other stuff... all depends on the mood I am in at time really. I loved the book : Laptop of the Gods where God is a massive computer  |

Favorite Genre of Literature????
Da Vinci Code, though somewhat predictable, was entertaining. I enjoyed it. I enjoy reading how religion (notably its passionate followers) has twisted, destroyed, or just shaped lives from antiquity.
Dean Koontz is a favorite for thriller fiction. Intensity is still one of my favorites of this type. |

Favorite Genre of Literature????
Seize the Night is my favourite by Dean Koontz although Soul Survivor follows very close second. I haven't read The Face yet, sadly most of his are hard to come by in Australia - they have the "well known" ones by him but not all of them.
Matthew Reilly's Temple is a really good one if you like Dean Koontz. I read that in one weekend, which, when you see the size of the brick...er... book it shows how good it is :D |

Ya, Da Vinci Code definitely twisted religion, although the sequel Angels and Demons was even worse for it...oh, and another good Dean Koontz book was The Taking/Taken, I misremember which, but it was a one-nighter for sure...

Favorite Genre of Literature????
Crime/Suspense more on the Law side here :D, I absolutely love thrillers, Michael Connely to name one, and as for Law, i'm working towards the entire works of John Grisham, 5 down, too many to go ;)...
Its a shame though, Kal was a great reader ... |
