Does Any Other Staff/Polearm look like the SoulHarvester?
Well as you might've guess from the topic I just finished the quest that gives you the choice between the robes/staff/trinket. I already use a sword+offhand combo and my robes are better, but I'm not specced demo either and have never needed a shard that badly so the trinket seems pretty worthless too. I checked the forums tho and everyone says they took the trinket because its unique. Personally I like the look of the staff but if there is another one that has the same look I'd probably take the trinket but if not I'm gonna take the staff and look ominous at guild meetings. When I searched this topic through the old posts no one seemed to answer that question....so like the topic says will be able to find another staff or polearm that looks like the Soul Harvester down the road?

Get the trinket. The harvester looks nice, but believe me you will shard it in short order. Trust me, I had the soul harvester, and I wish I'd taken the trinket. At least it has a use after 60.

Yeah everyone says the trinket...but if I take it will be able to get another weapon thats as warlock-like as the soulharvester?
The point I'm making is that all 3 seem pretty useless for my guy, I wanna take the SH for looks, but if I can get the same look from something else then i'll take the trinket but I haven't been able to find any other scythes like it on the net, nor have i seen one in game. |

Re: Does Any Other Staff/Polearm look like the SoulHarvester?
I used the Soul Harvester 50-60, it has nice +Shadow bonus and with Demonslaying enchant on it, it makes your enemies flee before you wickedness. The robes are garbage, the trinket is good but Im pure Demology so I use the Felguard, never the Voidwalker (Unless I want it's shield) So I'd stick with the SH even though you'll get rid of it, the trinket will probably always keep but my friends that have it say it stays in their bank most the time.

Re: Does Any Other Staff/Polearm look like the SoulHarvester?
nope there isnt another scythe in the game. I sorta got SH for looks and sorta because it was a great staff for an afflic lock, but in the long run the trinket is much better. Basically a free VW for a shield in pvp, or an extra pet once your main one dies when soloing, ect. But nothing beats dueling lowbies with SH and meleeing them with a flaming scythe!

I am 99% sure I have seen a staff like soul harvester after The Burning Crusade. Green item. I think it was good for palladins.
