Battlecast -v- Spellstrike
Which would be considered better/more suited for a heavy affliction lock such as myself? I already possess and use the 3 piece Shadow' Embrance set. Very nice it is. My guild is in the very fortunate position of having tailors with both the complete Battlecast and Spellstrike patterns. Primal nethers are also possessed by the tailors and are able to craft the one of the sets if I supply rest of the materials (mote farming, go go go).
It is a happy but difficult conundrum and a choice needs to be made fairly soon. Which set would you have crafted, and what would be the thinking/reasoning behind your advice? |

Re: Battlecast -v- Spellstrike
battlecast for sure. spell strike doesn't have any stamina and crit is near useless to an affliction lock since dots can't crit.
