Question about Dreadsteed quest

Hello there folks

I recently started to level up a warlock, and I`m about to reach level 60. I already have most of the mats for the mount quest. But I was wondering. For the part that you have to reach an alchemy lab, it is needed to be on scholo? Because if it`s only the lab that is required, I could simply go to Shattrah and complete that part of the quest over there (saving the hadache of getting a scholo group at this point). Has anyone tried that yet? Or in BWL maybe?

Yep it HAS to be the lab at Scholo... no if and or but about it.

There are two reasonable ways to get to the Lab in Scholo, neither require you to be in a Group to clear the instance. The third is for those who want to prove something to themselves.

Option #1 .. If you have the Key to the library/obseritory/(where the yellow named guys are) then you can simply Soulstone yourself .. Jump off the balcony (Sac Shield) .. Open the door .. Die/SS and go to the Lab.

Option #2 .. If you do not have the key .. /who Scholomance .. /w <someone in Scholomance> "Excuse me, but can you let me have your instance when your done?" .. Just have them invite you and make you group leader before they leave. As long as they have opened the door of course. Now just jump off the balcony and run to the Lab.

Option #3 .. If you are feeling Brave or you are lv 70 and bored, Solo the instance to the Lab. You can solo Rattlegore and get the key then continue on your way. There are videos showing this in a few different methods. Most envolve Kiting. Bring lots of Shards and test your aggro limits.
