LVL 60 PVP Epic Gear
The stats look really awesome for the level 60 Epic Gear. I dont plan on grinding to 70 anytime soon, it took me half a year to get to 60! lol So i have almost enough honor to start buying gear pieces. Is the level 60 epic gear worth it? Will i just replace it very quickly in outland? It is very expensive but looks wicked! lol Does anyone have thoughts on this? Right now i have the Highlander's Girdle and Boots. Should i just complete that set and forget the epics until 70? Or forget buying anything PVP gear until 70 due to the expense? SO many questions about gear! Seems that is critically important now.
Thoughts? Kai |

Re: LVL 60 PVP Epic Gear
Well, I am thinking of sticking at 59 for a bit (so I don't have to play against 69's)until I can grind about 20k in honor, at which time I'll buy my 60 Warlord shoulders/robe and then go start to level in Outland. This decision comes from a discussion I had with some other friends about the same topic.
Personally I think you should start grinding to 70 if you're already 60. I got so frustrated on my 60 rogue in a WSG that after 2 deaths I afk'd b/c it was pointless for me to be there. Getting 2-shot is a waste of my time. AV doesn't pop like it used to, and it was the best place to grind honor. |

Re: LVL 60 PVP Epic Gear
Skip the 60's gear - it'll get replaced quickly unless you toss ZG enchants on it. Since the new BG breakdown is 60-69; and chock full of 69's - it's a horrible experience for a level 60 player, imho. Hit up the Outlands, you'll get some nice gear really quickly. It may be green, but it's T1 quality or better from the get go.

Re: LVL 60 PVP Epic Gear
Thanks for the feedback. I have fun even at 60 in the BGs. Not as much fun as when i am the high level, but still fun. I guess i mostly need to to know though is the level 60 gear worth it? Meaning well it last me in outland or do the quest rewards easily replace it and thus i should just save for my 70 gear. I will be working towards 70, but i figure if the previous 6 months is any indication, getting to 70 is gonna take a nice long while.

Re: LVL 60 PVP Epic Gear
I personally spent about 25k honor right before the xpac came out - def should have saved it for 70

Re: LVL 60 PVP Epic Gear
Yeah, definitely save the honor. Start the grind. Outland is fun.
