Does Healing Gear benifit Warlocks

I am new to playing Warlocks and have been focusing on an Affliction build puchasing only shadow damage gear and stamina gear. I use a lot of drain life while I drain hunt or tank and I was wondering does increased healing spells or bunus items aid with my lock spells. I thought they didn't but some people and threads have said otherwise i.e increasing those drains and my health. Thanks for the help in advance.

Health Funnel is the only spell that benefits from +healing. So it's pretty worthless.

I thought that even health funnel wouldn't benefit from +healing. But even if it is,the bonus would be spread on such a huge amount of time to be almost imperceptible on every single tick.
