Best Slot to give up Dam for Stam
After getting my flying epic mount I have been working on gearing up. I was heavy into +stam since I am Demo and really focused on it when SL was 30%, but now I am raiding more(kara and heroics) and need to buff +dam but I still want to keep my Hp's >= 9000(puts me in the 10K range with fort/buffs) and gives me breathing room if I'm a little late with soulshatter or get garroted, or holy fired, etc). I wondering what equipment slots would be the best trade off for stamina. I'm thinking ring since I can get +46 stam rings and I dont think rings give too much +dam when compared to other slots (I would still go with +dam enchant tho) I think I would need one other slot as well but not sure where to give up the +dam at. Definitely not going to give up Head or pants too much potenital +dam there with the new engineering gogs and battlecast pants has good mix of both. So what do you think? Boots, Wrists, Gloves? |

Hm you could get battlecast crafted for good stamina and decent +damage ? at least the pants (you might want a meta gemmed helm) |

mate ... you can easely keep your health. I have ~8,9k hp unbuffed and 952 shadow damage (with fel armor). I am not in high end raiding guild - we do raids, but not more than karazhan till curator atm. |

Honestly, 9000 unbuffed HP if you're raiding is definitely not needed. But if you spec demo this isn't too hard. Battlecast will help a lot, as well maybe the Netherweave Belt and Gloves. Blackheart in Shadow Labs drops a good wand with 16 stamina I believe. Start running Heroics and go for Orb of the Soul Eater, and offhand with 18 stamina and 51 shadow damage. There are also plenty of trinkets with damage/stamina on them. |

Thanks for the input. I lost a lot of stam when I upgrade from bringer of death to Blade of wizardry(-33 Stam). In addtion I will replace my helm when the patch hits (will be using the engineer Holo-Gogs with the red PVP gem + glyph + mystical SD - nearly 100dam, but that will break up my old Pvp Set (-20stam set bonus and -8 stam vs current helm). Plus a few other upgrades that will cost me stam so I'm taking like an -80 stam hit within a few weeks. I think I came up with a solution and replaced some crappy yellow gems with +sta gems ignoring socket bonuses and am getting a couple +stam enchants (chest/boots) that will probably keep me right around 9K. |

An easy slot I gave up was offhand. For PVP I change out my offhand with a +45 stam item. |
