Battlecast set bonus (is it worthy?)

Hi, im a demo lock. I'm wondering if the battelcast bonus set is worth the effort(5% resist spell pushback and interrupt), atm i got the bc helmet , in the pants slots got marshal pvp pants and i got the gloves too...so if i replace pants i'll lose the resilence bonus.

My gameplay is focused equally in pvp and pve(heroics and casual raids atm).
So my question is if one can notice the resist bonus of the bc set or i'll be better trying to get some other helmet and socket them with stun resist or something like that.
